This was my first try at cookies. I was nervous and they took longer than I expected but I am pleased with the results for a first time attempt. They were for my daughters kindergarten class for her birthday. Thank you sweetopia for you inspiration and advice.

Made this cake for my friends birthday, she plays guitar. It is all fondant hand painted with gel food color. The neck is cardboard covered in fondant and strings are white thread. It was fun and I was pleased with how it turned out.
First teapot cake. Vanilla cake with rootbeer icing (which in my opinion tasted like pepto bismol). It turned out cute but I wish the flavor would have been what I imagined.

My mom loves to digital scrapbook so I thought I would make her a cake that looked like a scrapbook of her life. The theory was good but since I was planning the surprise party and doing all the other food for the party the cake got a little neglected. Didn't turn out quit how I imagined but she still loved it so that is what matters. I ordered the rice photo paper over the internet and was pretty pleased with the the product. I don't have access to a printer with that capability.
My daughters 5th birthday. She specifically asked for a lobster, a frog, ladybugs, a snail, caterpiller, and whatever else ended up on it. All fondant. The tree is stirofoam covered in fondant and floral wire with fondant leaves that took forever to cover! She loved it.
This cake was for my daughters 2nd birthday. It was so good. It was chocoate cake with moose tracks ice cream inbetween layers with chocolate fudge. Iced with whipped cream and just sprayed the pink on and added some fresh plumerias. Super yummy and simple.

I made this cake for my sisters birthday. She has a black red and white asian inspired bedroom so that is where the theme came from for this cake. It was really fun to make and she loved it.
