I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday party. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture while the cupcakes were still there. This was a vanilla cake with guava mermalade filling, and merengue frosting. The shells are made of chocolate and the seaweed and corals are made of gumpaste. The top layer is a non-edible cake topper.
