Fondant covered as well as accents (except feather :) Stamped designs with gold food dust. Turned out rather large, about 15X20, used sports ball pan for boobs, with a slight reduction. Thanks for all the awesome inspirations from this site!!

made for her birthday yesterday (it's a suede purse, that's why it's textured). Chocolate cake with CBC and chocolate MMF accents. I really liked how the rivets turned out on the handle, just used a #10 tip to make the holes in the strap and to cut the rivets, then a #7 to make the hole in the rivet, popped the rivets back into the strap and that was it.
cjf has an outstanding Bass Cake posted here that I've wanted to try for a while now, so I gave it a shot this weekend for my husbands birthday. Chocolate cake with almond buttercream frosting, MMF pebbles, weeds, fins, eye, lure and graham cracker "sand". I don't have an airbrush so had to make due with a little hand painting.

This is the second time I've done this cake, first time was a year an a half ago(my first decorated cake) for my youngest daughters 1st birthday
9x13 white chocolate cake for the base, chocolate for the basketball(1/2 sports ball pan), the little "Redhawk" is painted with food gels on rice paper then put on a very thin piece of fondant (so it doesn't roll up). I used ideas from many of the great basketball cakes on this site.

Thanks so much to LisaMS(this was designed after one of her beautiful cakes) bottom cake is chocolate with choc. BC, top is white with BC, MMF roses, leaves and dots, candy melt rectangles(I did use pink CM's but it didn't match the frosting very well). Oh well, we enjoyed it anyways.
