Aurore's Baby Shower Cake
I made this for my friend Aurore. She was going for a pastel yellow and green colored cake since she doesn't know the sex of her baby, but once she saw this cake in the Wilton Yearbook, there was no changing her mind. Don't mess with a pregnant woman, just give her what she wants. :P

Princess Castle Cake
My 6 year old niece Nisha "ordered" a princess castle cake for her birthday. She was very specific about it. She wanted tiers, it had to have pink, it had to be special, it had to be something I've never made before, it had to be BIG, and it had to be strawberry flavor. (Lol - she is such a princess). It turned out to be a very fragile cake, and I'd have to think twice before making a strawberry castle cake again, but I think Nisha liked it, so it was worth it. :D

Super Mario Birthday Cake
I made this for my nephew Justin's birthday. He and his brother are BIG Super Mario fans. They like to think they are Mario and Luigi (lol). The top is a royal icing plague, (which unfortunately started to melt of the day of due to the rainy weather - Yikes!) from a coloring page I found online. The other decorations were made out of fondant.

Brenner's Dump Truck Cake
I made this for my cousin's son's second birthday. Brenner is really into trucks especially dump trucks, and this Wilton version was perfect. It was my first 3-D cake, and even though I many questions and problems, it was alot of fun to make. Thank you, Michele, for the info.
