This is a grooms cake made for my clients fiance. She wanted a replica of the Dallas Cowboys jersey. It is a rectangle cake with another rectangle cut in 1/2 for the sleeves. the neckline was made by using a large round cookie cutter and cutting away at the neck of the shirt. The rest is covered with fondant and navy blue accents.
Everything is frosted with butter cream. The faces are made from the mini ball pan. next time I hope to add on ernie & bert.
