This was my first "real" order wedding cake. I didn't get cash for it, I worked through a barter program and got about 40 movie passes and 2 tickets for hot air balloon rides! The order came to me on Thursday and the wedding was Saturday - talk about a rush job!!

Torted pound cake with sliced strawberries and stabilized whip cream. Added 1/2 pack french vanilla pudding instead of sugar and vanilla. Very light and tasty
