Finally got this loaded! This was last 12/'05 wedding cake for our dear daughter Tiff and her lovely groom Alan.Started on the royal icing snowflakes months in advance.You can't tell in the picture very good, but the snowflakes were all different. They had edible pearls, dragees, rhinestones & glitter.Cake was red velvet to keep in w/the Christmas theme. It was such a joy to do this for her. She's such a sweet daughter!! The cake base was glass blocks w/white lights in the center to simulate a block of ice
Gingerbread house. All is edible except the tail on mouse (sitting on top of wood stack), chimney smoke & blanket in sleigh.
Butter cake w/raspberry buttercream filling and marshmallow fondant.
