This was for my Wilton Course 3 fondant/gumpaste class and also made my own fondant.
This was the cake I made in my final class of Wilton course 2. I haven't finished it because we ran out of time : ) Don't know why the buttercream looks yellow on the picture with the rope border. The last picture is the finished cake I thought the colors were a little dull so I used vodka & luster duster to enhance it.
Dominoes Cake for the hubby, was in such a rush to make this cake that everything was going wrong. The dominoes made out of rice krispies, did the dots on them perfect but once I started putting them on the cake they all looked like they went around a curve at 90 mph :) hubby painted the red on it to me it looks like a halloween design.
Cake I made for my DIL, first time doing a cake this big with fondant & gum paste I know I need more practice & should've made the body a little longer :) but I'm happy with the end results.

50/50 gum paste & fondant. I drew and cut out the tiny one to put on cupcake & you'll the shoes with the onesies displayed at the baby shower

Well, this cake was fun to make...I don't like the decorations around it cause I feel now that I should've just used one color grass
She had a major meltdown : ( It was fine until I took it outside in the heat lol
I was bored so I decided to make this cake out of Scratch and added cheescake instant pudding filling. Everyone loved it & I also loved the consistency of it! Yay!
This is my first Turkey cake, I had a lot of fun making this cake.
Icing kept melting and every time I tried icing the bottom layer the top layer edges would smudge...cry, cry, cry lol
Wilton 1st Cake Decorating Class...Final Class cake, the front hit against the box while transporting home and it smudged the decor a little :(
Well taking the first course of Wilton, I decided to make this birthday cake for my hubby and using what I learned the night before. Little did I know my cake would be a decorating disaster lol. I wrote Happy Birthday and his name but since it came out crooked I covered it with stars or what ever you might make of it LOL. Filling was cheesecake which everyone loved the cake anyway, guess they wanted to make me feel good haha!
My first cookie, finally after too many disaster I finally saved this one and even the picture came out blurry Yup, Murphy's Law LOL. Not the greatest but I think it's pretty nice for being my first. :)
Oreo cookies covered in white chocolate, then added a graduation cap made out of sugar.
