For my friend's son's birthday
Fire my son's birthday. Thanks to flickr for inspiration!
This is the fairy that I used as a topper for the lavender fairy birthday cake.
cake for a first birthday. cust. wanted lavender buttercream with white scrolls, fondant fairy and fondant daisies.
Doesn't really look like Curious George that much. Got the idea from another CC'er. Full sheet whipped topping.
This is a christening cake I did for my in-laws friend. Daisies are fondant with luster dust. Cake in pink buttercream.

Requested by a coworker for his wife. This was made to look like a specific Longaberger basket his wife has. Turned out ok. Not that happy with how smooth the edges of the top were. He was very happy though.
I did this for my father-in-law's birthday. He is obsessed with mowing his lawn and making it look great so I thought this would be great. Lawn mower is all fondant w/ aluminum foil hubcaps and detailing.
This cake turned out ok I guess. We were running short on time, so I feel it's missing something. My first time working with fondant though
Whoa! I had a lot of flowers to work with! Maybe too many for this cake. First time doing basket weave and making royal icing flowers and color flow birds.
This is a cake I just did for my friend's daughter's birthday. Now that I see the picture, I see some flaws, but she loved it (well...she is only 2!!!)
This is my first attempt at a stacked cake, and I was crazy enough to attempt it for my own wedding shower! But I am a little bit of a perfectionist, so it turned out pretty good (I think).
