Waterfall With Steam Train
This cake was made for my Grandpa who just turned 80. He loves steam trains and used to own a red cabin. The cakes are covered in BC, the stones and cabin are made from fondant. The bridge is cardboard covered in fondant so it wouldn't be too heavy and be more sturdy to hold the train. For the trees I used 2 big marshmallows on a pretzel rod and then covered in BC leaves. I also added grass along the water and a few other places later on, but don't have a picture it. Thanks for looking!

Baby Doll Cake
This is 2 8x11 chocolate cake with chocolate chip mint icing in the middle. First time using fondant - sure was a lot of fun!! I would do a few things differently next time, like make the body bigger and the bottom ruffle a different color. The blanket does have "quilt" markings but cannot be seen on the picture because I made them too light. The head is two cupcake tops sandwiched together with icing and underneath the blanket more cupcakes! Thanks for looking!

Spaghetti Cake
Thanks to all the wonderful CC ideas, this is a cake I decorated for my brother's birthday - he loves Italian. The garlic bread is pound cake with buttercream icing and mint flakes to look like chives. I used freezer jelly tinted with brown to make the sauce, chocolate donut holes, and grated white chocolate for the cheese.
