I made this cake for a co-worker who loves the Boston Red Sox. Chocolate cake with chocolate filling, buttercream dream icing. Mostly freehand. I recieved a projector as a gift and decided to do this cake and use it for the first time. I couldn't get it to focus, so everything was a blur - I just had the places where everything was supposed to be and had a picture next to me to show me what it was supposed to look like. A few flaws, but all-in-all a decent job. Thanks for looking!

My son wanted a small cake for his birthday, so I made a 6 inch chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. The sides of the cake is chocolate BC and the top is white BC sprayed yellow.

I made this cake for my BIL when he graduated from the fire academy. The bottom is french vanilla with strawberry filling and buttercream icing. The helmet is triple chocolate fudge with strawberry icing and all fondant accents. Still need work on 3-D cakes, but had a lot of fun making this!!
