My first gingerbread house!
Just some cupcakes I did for practice
3 layer golden lemon pound cake filled with lemon buttercream and covered with fondant. The daises are gumpaste with royal icing centres and the writing is also royal. First free hand writng so happy with it, but not so happy with the fondant.
Chocolate sponge with ganache filling and topping, buttercream writing and gumpaste butterflies coloured with lustre dust. For colleague's birthday.

Tried my hand at a parcel cake - moist carrot cake with gumpaste bow. First time I've done a square cake, pretty pleased with results...sorry picture not so great.
First ever cake done for a colleagues birthday. Classic victoria sponge with buttercream and jam filling, topped with white sugrapaste and crystallised rose petals and a gumpaste stilleto (thankyou cake central tutorial!)
