I made this for a man who wanted a over the hill cake for his wife is was turning 32!! he wanted her looking over the hill at a graveyard. So I treid to made it as pretty and femine as possible. They both loved it. Bottom cake is french vanilla covered in white chocolate raspberry BC (so yummy) and hill is WASC flaved with white chocolate raspberry coffee creamer covered in same BC. everything covered in MMF (the wife loves it) and the accents are MMF and fondant (satin ice).

I made this for a man who wanted a pina colada cake for his wife's 35th birthday. The cake is my own recipe, filling is pina colada filling courtesy of Teecakes, and topped with coconut rum BC and island pineapple jello fondant (SophieBelle's recipe). the drape on top and flowers are made with MMF.He said she liked flowers and didn't really care how I decorated so I just wanted to make it pretty (he just wanted it for the cake, he loved it so much when my brother brought one to school for everyone to try)

My brother is a HUGE Jets fan so I made this for him for his birthday. Bottom cake is chocolate macaroon cake covered in coconut BC, covered in MMF. top is finger lickin good cake from CMD., topped with a FBCT of Jets logo (first one I did and now I am in love with FBCT!!) He loved it so I was happy.
I saw this in one of the Wilton yearbooks and wanted to try it out. The cake is covered in MMF with MMF accents. My father gave it to someone at work for her birthday.
This is a banana cake from CMD, with a peanut butter filling, and covered in chocolate BC...it was delicious!! My brother brought it to school and it was gone within seconds and I had 2 cake orders within a week. just decorated for fun and it has peanut butter chips on top.
I did this cake for my brother's school for a graduation they were having. It was the first sheet cake I ever did. Bottom layer is chocolate with chocolate BC filling and top layer is French Vanilla, all covered in vanilla nut butter BC. Decorations and letters are Royal Icing
I made this cake just to see if I could do a beach cake...lol. Gave it to my father to bring to work (company name on the sign). trees and shells are chocolate. flip flops, towel and sign are fondant. Cake is Almond Joy with coconut BC. Sand is ground sugar cookies.

these were the best cupcakes I have ever had. I tweeked the CMD recipe a little, covered in chocolate BC and filled with fresh whipped cream and topped with a jumbo maraschino cherry!! mmmmmmmmm...

The bottom tier is Chocolate covered cherry with chocolate buttercream frosting, the middle is french vanilla with vanilla BC, and the top is fresh strawberry cake with vanilla BC. All covered in MMF and all the figures, rocks are fondant/gumpaste. This was for a 50th birthday where the wife asked me to incorporate hunting, fishing, and the family into the theme. The two white cakes on top were carved into the numbers "5" & "0" and covered in BC. This was my first paid cake!!
The bottom tier is covered with MMF (first time making and using) and the top is BC basketweave. The figures and easter eggs are marzipan (also first time working with) and the flowers and RI. I made this to bring to a brunch and I got my first paying job off of it!!
This was my first fondant cake and everyone loved it!! And I became offically addicted!! This was for the Wilton Course 3, the first cake for the class.
I actually ended up having to make this cake at home because of scheduling conflicts so I didn't have any help from the instructor. I had a little difficulty with the flower placement and the rope border but all in all I think it came out pretty good!!
My 2 year old daughter LOVES dinosaurs so I made her this cake. The dinosaurs and trees are molded with findant (first time I ever tried it). The sides have "airbrushed" stencils of dinosaurs. The writing is a little off (I am still a beginner) but she loved this cake!!
My father's favorite cake is strawberry shortcake but I couldn't find a recipe that I liked. So my brother and I used a doctored french vanilla cake mix, fresh whipped cream and mixed fresk strawberries with sugar and lemon juice for the filling. It was delicious!! He said it was the best he ever tasted!!
I made this cake for my neighbors. We had a huge snow storm and I had to shovel a 4 car driveway by myself because all the men were away. The snow was up to my thighs (I am only 5 feet tall) and I was struggling when all of a sudden their teenage son came to my rescue with their snow blower. I made this as a thank you. I think this was the 4th cake I ever made. I put 3 snowmen because they have 3 children.
My daughter loves pigs, elephants and lambs which is why I chose to do them. This is the 2nd cake I ever decorated.
I didn't really like the rainbow so I just brought 3 random cookie cutters with me. This was the first cake I ever decorated in my entire life...and it began the addiction!!
