My sister asked me to do a beach theme cake....this is what she got. Thanks to jtcreativecakes for the help with the color of the Buttercream. Shells and coral are white chocolate and milk chocolate and dusted with luster dust. Buttercream is ivory. Sand is grahams and brownsugar.

The cake was done, and I went to bed . . . . when I woke up the top layer had split in two!! I guess there is a reason why you are supposed to have holes all the way through both layers!! Live and learn. I was able to salvage it and my dear family said if I hadn't pointed it out they'd have never known. . . Hey gotta love family!
