I volunteer cakes for foster children in my area. I enjoyed making it!
This was for twin boy and girl 3rd b-day. Client saw somewhere else and i just duplicated it to the best of my ability.
Did this for my son's bday cake Nov09. Got alot of ideas from here! thx for looking.
This cake was inspired from Boweens cake. I put it on a full sheet cake. I really don't like plain sheet cakes so I really like to decorate them. My icing wasn't smooth because I rushed it but anywayz. First time trying the fondant rose. Doesn't look like a rose :0)
Wanted to use Wilton Pan but it is really small. Cake turned out great! Simple cake butter pecan with buttercream icing!!
I really enjoyed doing this cake. First time using the shimmer dust and first time molding something out of fondant. This cake was inspired by many different cakes in the tool box section. I got a really good tip for this cake!!
This cake was inspired by Cinda's Creative Cakes. Pretty simple. Some other ideas came from Boween who is great. The cake was simple and I got a nice tip from it!!
My first fondant baby I did for my sisters babyshower. They loved the cake.
I really loved doing this cake because it was simple. Full Sheet cake. 1/3 chocolate, 1/3 vanilla pecan, 1/3 strawberry. Buttercream icing.
This could be used for a birthday cake. I used it to advertise at a bake sale.
I couldn't wait to do this one. I did a full sheet cake. I wish I would have done the clothesline thicker and made the words in another color. I did my first fondant basket with clothes on the inside.
Most of the time my cakes are birthday gifts for my friends children so I get to play a little bit. The cake didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to but he loved it.
I love my niece and she is only three but I made Barbie for her. I even made cupcakes to match. I used an 8inch round for the bottom. It was fun. I wanna use fondant next time
This was a fun doll cake to make because it wasn't barbie. LOL!
My friend wanted a cake to welcome home troops from her area. This is their emblem. I did a FBCT and it didn't break.
I love strawberry cake.
This was a 4layered 9x13 cake. It was very heavy. The top layer is an 8inch square. This cake took about two days to do and I had fun watching the outcome.
This was my first italian cream cake. This was very moist and the customer loved it.
This cake was inspired by another member on here. I did it exactly like she did. (Maybe not better) But my son enjoyed it and I will post below my thanks to her when I find her name. Thanks in advance!
This was my first german chocolate. Coconut and pecan on top. My first attempt at chocolate ganache dripping. The customer enjoyed.
My friends son watches the Mighty Ducks everyday so I did this buttercream transfer. It turned out alright. I would like to know how to make it thinner so that you don't have to put the outer border
