Cakes are chocolate, french vanilla, lemon and red velvet. Fondant covered. Very challenging!
Baby shower theme was purple and pink with teddy bears. The shower was for about 70 people. The blocks are made out of gum paste...first time I ever tried this...a little challenging putting them together, but I allowed myself plenty of time for error!!
Pineapple cake with coconut cream filling covered with fondant and flowers to coordinate with party theme colors. This was a 1st birthday for a little girl who is part hawaiian and it is traditionally a huge luau celebration. I made a little duplicate cake covered with b/c so the little birthday girl could stick her fingers in it!
French vanilla cake with "hint" of lavender, covered with white b/c and decorated with white peonies. Used the "Perfecting the Art of Buttercream" Video...wow, what a difference!
