Tres leches bottom and strawberry filling, and the top are chocolate, with chocolate filling. I used pastry pride. Styrafoam numbers sprinkled with white glitter. And Gumpaste Flowers.
My sister - law liked my cake of me for fathers day that she requested one for my brother.... and yep they all were impressed that it looked like him! LOL

This is the completed Elmo Cake, with my daughter made out of Royal Icing.
This was my Final for Cake Deco....and also my daughters bday cake, which was completed on the day of her bday party with a royal icing of her! looked very nice and will post a pic of it soon!
