Quinceanera Tiara Cake
This is all buttercream. I designed this cake for my daughter who turned fifteen last week. I wanted to create something different. I had my husband cut out the board and I used these garden glass ball holders to raise the stand. Most of the items I got at a local craft shop. I just used my creativeness, I just wanted the cake to look like a tiara

Fluffy Quinceanera Castle And Carriage
odd colors all whipped icing. was hard to work with on colors. she had this new color calypso and it was hard to match and also wanted an corn flower blue and a bit of yellow. I was not to happy with trying to match all the colors. i personally would have just stuck with the pink.

Baby Blue, Chocolate Brown, Round Wedding Cake
This was absolutly difficult for me to get those sides of the cake smooth. Now a days most brides do not want flowers or much decorations on their cakes. The same day I went to drop this off I had another girl ask me if I would do the same cake for her wedding. It jus seams like a waste of my time I had spent at pastry school learning all of these teckniques all for nothing. I haven't really used what I have learned. But never the less the cake turned out beautiful.

Blue And Yellow Quinceanero This Was For A Boy
This has been one of three I have done for what now seems to be a new trend. Guys are now wanting their own 15th Birthday bash. The way that they decorated the hall matched the cake perfectly. It is all whipped icing. This is my number one icing. It was really hard to get that royal blue icing to match the ribbon.
