This is my final cake from course 3.....I used fondant......I almost dropped the top of the cake several times...I think this was a challenge for me.....I think I stick with using the stars......heheehehe

I made this cake for my Boyfriends, Mother Christmas Eve Party.....I used party hat pan and star the icing......I know I got the Stars down pat, now if only I can do the flowers!...
I made this cake for my Boyfriends mothers birthday....Needless to say, I probaly never make another one again......I wasnt to thrill how it turned out.....The cake reminded me of cornbread!!lol

I decided to do daisies and apple blossoms....Flowers just don't like me for some reason...allthough I can do the leaves, boarders and weaving just fine.......

Here is my christmas tree cake, I was practicing on....I am making one for my neighbor, so I decided to practice....I used m&m's as my lights/garland, and got some of the wilton hard decorated candy for ornaments, my star I was trying to make brown icing yellow, didnt feel like making a whole batch of icing for just a dab........

Here is my 2nd cake from course 1!!! I did not ad alot of icing to my cake, but I did make the icing better than I did on the first......
This is my first cake that I decorated in my cake class...You can tell I'm a beginner with all the icing on the cake board...lol....Plus I got my icing little runny, hopefully I can get my icing better.......
