This rose was presented to Martha Stewart on behalf of the NY cake decorators club. It took me 4 1/2 hours to do. Martha said "It's exquisite".
I did a simple round and made a rose for the top
I've done a few of the mermaids and try not to duplicate.
Twins shower, fun cake
Marble cake w/Choc, hazel ganache. I made two square cakes and cut the one for the top. Golf bags are gumpaste as well as the rake I put in the sandtrap. Little golf balls all over the cake. Enjoy!
10 inch square cake covered with satin ice. Gumpaste roses done with SCW's recipe. Got the idea from a book. Enjoy
14 inch round covered with marbled blue and white fondant. Gingham blanket was woven first then rolled out. Baby is first impression mold as well as the scalloped cross.
This Topsy Turvy cake was done with a 12, 8 and 6. 12 and 6 was chocolate with choc/carmel ganache the 8 was a white raspberry cake w/ raspberry Italian Meringue. The filling was a Polander 1/3 less sugar(Raspberry) mixed with the Italian meringue. yellow lace butterflies on the bottom circles on middle and flowers on top. hope you like

Made these quick and the paste wasn't quite dry. I need to make my own. Started with white roses and colored with red petal dust twice.
I did a small 3 tiered cake for a Jewish Wedding. I came up with the quilting part since she was getting married under her grandmothers Hoopa. 3 Sugar Roses on top with sugar rose petals all over the cake. I did a Chocolate mocha with an Espresso fused Ganache. Thanks for looking.
This cake is done for a girl who chose not to know the sex of their baby. I did the sleeping bear, mouse and puppy on top covered with quilted style blankets. A baby in the middle surrounded with Raspberries, strawberries and leaves. Cake is quilted on the side. A chocolate hazelnut with chocolate hazelnut ganache.
I got a ton of ideas off of fellow CCrs for this cake. I made a raspberry cake. White cake mix with rasp jello mixed in. The cake came out dry, but made a simple syrup with chamboard and glopped on. It tasted yummy and the birthday girl loved it. The shell are all white choc with luster dust paint. Enjoy.
I MADE THIS CAKE FOR MY BABYSITTER. FONDANT COLORED WITH TEAL LUSTER. PEARLS ALL DIFFERNT SIZES AND A STAR AND AN A FOR ALEX ON TOP. THE SURFBOARD WAS GUMPASTE WITH HER NAME ON IT. SHE'S A SURFER.
