Scooby Doo Cake
The cake is a 9x13 sheet. The house is made up of a 9x5 pound cake that has been trimmed down and cut angles at one end for the roof line. I used dowel rods to support the house on top of the sheet cake. The roof of the house are Poptarts. As you can see I used ghost peeps and twistlers for trees. The path to the house are chocolate rocks. And of course a Scooby Doo cake kit. All in buttercream icing.

Cinderella Doll Cake
This Cinderella doll cake is made up of 3 - 8 inch rounds and a 4th layer cake made in a oven proof bowl to give a dome shape when turned upside down. I used a real standard size Cinderella doll. You take a biscuit cutter and cut holes through all 4 layers and then layer the cakes one on top of the other. Place the doll in the cake, and then decorate. I used all buttercream icing.

Garden Terraces
This was a cake design taken from a Wilton wedding cake book. The bride was doing a garden theme, with pale yellow, and coral colors. They are all reound cakes, with white chocolate hexagon plaques on each, and royal icing roses and lattice work. It was alot of work but I think the end result was worth it. I loved that is all pulled together perfect.

Fall Wedding
I did this cake for my sister at the end of October. They decided to get married in the fall and wanted me to do thecake. I thought a fall wedding cake was perfect. With all the beautiful fall colors. The cake has a carrot cake for the topper, chocolate cake with raspberry filling for the center cake, and white cake with strawberry filling for the bottom layer, all covered in cream cheese icing. Everyone loved the cake, especially the chocolate raspberry.

Carousel Cake
I did this cake for my 2 girls, who one has turned 2 and the other is turning 4. Both in the month of October. I decided on a carousel cake. I made the design myself. I used fondant icing to make the roof, horses, and the panels around the top cake. This is just a tiered cake with buttercream icing and silver luster dust accented on the roof and horses. It was alot of work, but I an very happy with the way it turned out.

My First Present Cake
This lady wanted a present cake done for her daughter. She wanted lime green icing with a pumpkin orange bow. I wasn't sure about the colors, but I think it turn out wonderful. It is BC icing with a fondant bow. I didn't have a square cake pan. So I used a half sheet pan, cut it in half, and stacked the layers.
