Castle for 1st birthday for my neice. This is a combination of lots of pictures and advice from CC. Iced in BC and MMF, sand is brown sugar, water is icing gel colored dark blue. Used a small piece of "wire" from the hardware store for the brick imprint. The only thing I planned that didn't get done is a drawbridge.
Grooms cake for my son-in-law. There were chocolate dipped strawbwrries that were added later, but I didn't get a pix before it was cut. I make the baseball from white chocolate in 1/2 of the sports ball pan.
My daughters wedding cake, all done in buttercream. Was more frazzled doing this cake than any I've done!
