Happy Feet
This is my very first bow - definitely a learning experience, but it turned out ok. 9" and 6" rounds, all buttercream with fondant accents and bow. Top tier is lemon cake w/ whipped white chocolate ganache and lemon curd filling, bottom is white almond chocolate chip WASC w/ whipped choc. ganache filling. Thanks for looking!

This is MY wedding cake, made to match my favorite flower, Gerbera daisies. 10-8-6 tiers. I had a few fondant issues, but was fairly pleased with the final result. It tasted great - coconut WASC w/ lime curd filling, and Hershey's choc. cake w/ raspberry mascarpone filling - and I got loads of compliments - on the cake AND my new husband!

Frogs, Snails And Puppy Dog Tails
For my nephew-to-be, made to match shower theme. IMBC w/ Toba's super sticky fondant accents and figures (unfortunately, I won't be using Toba's recipe again unless it's for figure modeling). Bottom tier, orange WASC variation w/ orange mousse filling, middle banana cake w/ whipped choc. ganache filling, top orange WASC w/ choc. ganache. It was a hit!
