The cake is just single layer white almond, I figured with the extra SWEET of the chocolate caps it would be plenty... Cake is iced in butter cream, caps are made of peanut butter cups for the base, and chocolate squares for the tops. I used the grass tip for the tassels... This is one of two for a party this weekend... It was REALLY fun and easy !

"Dump" truck is half strawberry with strawberry cream filling, and half Chocolate fudge, with chocolate buttercream filling. Cab is strawberry with strawberry cream filling.. Little truck driver is fondant as are the accent pieces. Everything else is butter cream. ..... OH ! and the wheels are bagles with fondant covering.....Carter is Two...... he HAD to have "vanity" plates ! LOL!

This cake is for my GREAT grandson, Jacob..... Spiderman is wht he is "into" this year.... Base cake is double layer white almond with strawberry filling..top cake is double layer chocolate with chocolate filling.... all butter cream except for buildings which are fondant..... Spiderman and cars are non-edible......
one half the cake is an 8" raspberry and vanilla swirl, with raspberry filling...the other is chocolate with chocolate butter cream filling.Butter cream icing for the entire cake........The track, bridge, lettering and sign is fondant.
