Small wedding cake with LOADS of BC roses. The roses took me quite a while to do, but I learned a lot while doing them. I make all of my BC roses on a flower nail that has a square of parchment attached to it. When I remove the square of parchment and rose I then place them into refrigetator or freezer. This makes them sure easy to position onto the cake and I don't have to make the BC super stiff for my roses any more.

This was for my sister's birthday. She wouldn't tell me what she wanted so I just did some stars. I totally forgot to get the picture until the candles were already in it. For the stars I pressed a cookie cutter into the BC and then outlined in one color and star tipped in another color. I would really like to play with the cookie cutter idea a little more.

Harry Potter cake for my brother's birthday. I totally did not get this one as smooth as I would have liked to. I was in a serious rush and had to get it done. I really don't like to use store bought decorations, but this was the second Harry cake that I did for him and I'm running out of ideas. God I hope that he doesn't ask for Harry again this year.
