Little Graveyard Cake...
My daughters 7th birthday party is four days before Halloween and she wanted a Halloween themed party this year. The Haunted house is the Wilton gingerbread kit. The tombstones and ghosts are cookies that I cut out and the fence is royal icing. I had fun doing this and she was very happy which is all that matters to me. :)

Baby Shower Cupcakes...
These were something that I had been wanting to do for a while since seeing them in one of the Wilton yearbooks. They were fun to do. I placed them on the Wilton cupcake stand with one on each side of the cake at the shower. I did the little blankets in blue, yellow, green and pink.

Grave Digger
My cousin's little boy requested a Monster Truck cake and wanted Grave Digger. I found a side view of the real truck and did my best at recreating it in a cake version. I have found that the more I do, the more I learn and the better I will be. The truck is chocolate cake stacked with ganache filling then covered in fondant. The bottom layer is French Vanilla, buttercream icing and crushed sugar wafers for the dirt. I am sure he will love it but I wish I was more of an artist when it comes to drawing. LOL

My Version Of Debbie Brown's Enchanted Tree...
I had so much fun doing this cake. I got the idea from Bmote1 (Thank you so much) I agree her on the book - Debbie Brown Enchanted Cakes for Children. I love, love, love the book! I used three 6" round chocolate cakes with a ganache filling and chocolate buttercream icing. The outside and all characters/pieces are fondant. My children and family loved it and didn't want to cut into it. haha I had to cut it for them. LOL

Ball And Chain Groom's Cake
The Bride and Groom requested a ball and chain Groom's cake. I already had the 3D ball pan so I just used it. The cake was dark chocolate, fudge filling and dark chocolate buttercream icing. The chain was made with fondant that I rolled out with my hands. I made each link and then linked them together. It looked really nice next to the Chocolate fountain they had for the guests to dip the strawberry's in. :)

Wedding Cake
These cakes are all white cake with buttercream icing. The triangles of blue icing were made by making a stencil with wax paper. The heart designs in the middle of each drapery were done with a press. This was my first Wedding cake and I am pretty proud of it. The bride and groom loved it and they had a guest that contacted me about doing his son's wedding and groom's cakes in late July.

1St Birthday Cake
This cake was so much fun. My husbands best friend requested a birthday cake that would match the Tinkerbell theme. They gave me a napkin and I just went at it. The tickerbell is a edible image that I cropped after scanning the napkin. I Just put it on fondant and cut it out to match the shape. Everything else is buttercream.

Heaven Sent Baby Shower Cake
The theme for my neice's baby shower was Angels. I got this idea from one of the Wilton Yearbooks. Not bad for my first stacked cake. The angels were made from fondant a few days before the shower. They are holding piping bags and placed on the cake as if they are piping some of the stars on it. :)
