why does my frosting look like this? I think maybe I make it too thick/stiff? Will try to use a softer one next time.

I hate this photo, the lighting is horrible and so is the camera. But I spent 2 days making 10 of these and just think its a shame not to have a photo of them somewhere. I swear they looked amazing in person, but the lighting and camera makes it look much much less nicer than it really is. I took apart a silk flower topiary i boiught at the supermarket. I took of its head, put my foam ball, glued ribbons to the bottom have and stuck cake balls on the top half. I spraypainted the pot gold. I then took the flowers that came with the topiary, spray painted them burgundy, and spray painted some of them gold too. Her wedding colors were gold and black.

my holiday item over here in the middle east. Red velvet in white chocolate, german chocolate topped with shredded coconut, peanut butter explosion topped with nuts, mocha madness topped with chocolate covered espresso bean, and raspberry cheesecake topped with pink chocolate drizzles.
all the cake balls are dipped in white chocolate that I tinted then rolled in colored sugar. fabric bows are placed through out and the topper is made from play dough LOL. I dont know a thing about fondant....
