Groom wanted a GA Bulldog cake. Cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream and MMF.
Cakes were all yellow with buttercream. I will post another pic closer up of detail.

I had been wanting to do this cake for a while. I based it on the one from Cake Strings. Cake is covered in MMF. Crown is gumpaste with Luster Dust and glitter. Pearl Dust on purple portions.

I did four "shadow' icing figures of some of the machinery - here an excavator, also a backhoe, bulldozer, and dump truck.
A customer ordered this wanting white with red accents - I so do not like red because the color is never pretty, but anyhoo...... This was for her grandfather's 80th birthday, so I tried not to use frilly stuff. Not sure I like the roses, but my hubby said it needed "something!" Cake is chocolate top layer and yellow bottom layer with buttercream icing.
Customer ordered this for her four year old. MMF used with buttercream design work and cake sparkles to give the skirt a "shimmery" effect. This was my first doll cake.
A customer ordered this cake to feed the football team. Cake is buttercream icing with little fondant footballs.
This is a BCT which did not turn out the best, but the over-all effect is what I was going for.

For my neice's birthday. Doodlebug is covvered in MMF with buttercream detail. Details weren't exact - just fun! Sheet cake is buttercream. My SIL and neice thought it was so cute!!!! (thank goodness!!!!!! :o)

This was a cake for a friend's luau. she just wanted it brightly colored. My 3rd attempt with MMF....not perfectly smooth, but practice makes perfect, huh!!! Flowers are artificial. TFL!!

This was the first wedding cake I have ever done and I was very happy with the results. The bands are royal icing with sugar crystals. This was based on a Wilton Cake.
This was my first try with MMF and I loved it. My only question is.........how do you get all the cornstarch off? Mine still wanted to show - should I have spritzed it with a light mist of water? Tips, please!!!
