3 Tier Round With Ivory Ribbon
Couple had a change of plans and chose the style of cake a week before the wedding. Good thing it was for a close friend of my husbands or I would have never agreed to do it since I already had another cake to do for this weekend. Cake is chocolate and golden with Bailey's & buttercream filling. Thanks for looking.

1950's Replica Cake
This is actually a replica of the wedding cake from 1955 for my aunt & uncle's 50th anniversary. The cake topper is the original one from the cake supplied by the couple. Since the picture suplied was a 3x5 in B & W and I needed a magnifying glass to see some of the detail work, I improvised on the top tier. The couple was very pleased with the cake and my aunt was speachless and nearly in tears.

Elmo
Elmo is made from the stand up bear pan. All cakes are choc. Blocks are golden. Iced in bc, eyes and sign are fondant. Numbers/letters are choc. melts. Thanks to Chicosmom and KarenOR for your inspiration. My SIL loved both of your cakes and wanted me to combine the two for my nephew's 1st birthday! It really was a hit with everyone.

Chocolate Bow
The customer wanted an all purpose cake to serve for the birtday & anniversary get together she was having for this month. She didn't care what I did so long as all that writing was on the cake. I really didn't want to do a generic cake with all writing so this is what I came up with. The customer was absolutely amazed and was thrilled with it. I had originally made the bow in fondant but since it wasn't dry enough t hold it's shape I resorted to the chocolate. And let me tell you it was so much better.

Strawberry Carton
I made this cake for my mom who just loves Strawberries. As well as I wanted to do something out of the ordinary. My inspiration came from someone on another board named Simply. Made from 2x6" square golden cakes. Iced in buttercream. Strawberries are real. The ones on the side as well. I let them sit on paper towel for a while after cutting them to dry up a bit. Thanks for looking.

Spiderman
This was made using the stand up teddy bear pan. Iced in buttercream. I wasn't completely satisfied with the look but everyone else seemed to like it. Thank to Lisa for her instructions, they helped with the overall look. I did take pictures of the bear cake and where I cut to get this look.
