Wildlife Reserve
I placed a Bunt cake carved out on one side for water fall on top of a small sheet cake. I used butter cream icing to cover both cakes and lots of it.I used the gel type cookie icing for water . The trees were made from rolled wafer cookies piped with leaves and the rocks were marshmallows rolled and formed into rock shapes rolled in cocoa. We just used a bag of plastic animals to accent. I also used a pack of Nemo" gummy treats for the turtles and fish. After finishing I wished I had used some tint in the white icing to make it look more like the ground and grass.

Fall Wedding
My 73 yr. old widowed Father -in-law remarried in September and a fall theme was wanted to match the Bridal Flowers. The Cake was three different flavors, strawberry yellow and carrot cake with cream cheese and buttercream icing I added cocoa to butter cream to get a tan color and piped lace on sides with the Monogram Initials (not very good). The Tier was a Glass Bowl / vase and I placed the little battery operated tea lights inside with a glass plate on top to hold the top two tiers.
