I saw this several times here on Cake Central and wanted to try them. I think they turned out ok, not the best but not the worst.
This was Chloe Coscerlli recipe. (she won cupcake wars with her vegan cupcakes) I didn't use her frosting recipe though. I put an Irish Creme Frosting on them, then sprinkled with cocoa and drizzled with caramel sauce. They were so yummy!
