Chocolate Sail Boat
I made a spiced chocolate tort in two heart shaped pans. I cut the heart sin half and then frosted the two halves together with espresso/rum frosting. I cut the round ends of the hearts off to stick the two pointed ends together for the boat. I cut of the rounded bottom to make it flat and used the bottom for the cabin of the boat. I covered the cake in a chocolate glaze. The sales are solid dark chocolate with karo syrup melted into it. The writing is white chocolate, and the water is lollipop.
