This cake was a simple ones with white scroll work on the sides. The flowers are all fresh.
I did this cake for a final in my cakes icings, and fillings class. The photos on the sides are edible images that I placed on gum paste to frame them. The roses are gum paste and the cake was covered in choco-pan - a good tasting, easy to work with chocolate based fondant.
