Disney Princess castle cake (gifted) for a 3 year old girl. All buttercream with fondant accents. Disney Princesses are dolls I bought. Turrets are toilet paper rolls and ice cream cones covered in fondant.

This is a Wilton 3-D pan from 1974, the Lovable Animal pan. I'd been given and old yearbook that had it in it, so I went o E-bay and got it cheap! Was for my daughter's 21st birthday. It's an enhanced chocolate/Jack Daniels cake nd vanilla BC
This is a 12" x 18" marble cake, torted and filled with chocolate pudding "mousse", iced in BC onto which a Pablo cake, torted and filled was stacked. For a little boy's 2nd b-day.
This cake was done for the county fair competition and is completely edible, the turrets are stacked cake round, cut out with a small glass. I want to thank KaraBear1125, her cake was my inspiration and she kindly answered my questions. Update 9/9....I just got word, my cake got a 2nd place ribbon in the cake decorating competition!!! WOW! :)
This was just a "practice" cake, really, 6" french vanilla, filled with chocolate pudding mousse and iced in BC. I gave it to my daughter's frient, when she came back home to visit her parents while her hubby is in Iraq.
My first stacked cake. 8" and 4" tiers, red velvet with cream cheese filling and BC, used bubble straws for support. The stars are BC, smoothed a 1/8" layer on parchment paper and froze, then I used a star cookie cutter. Very quickly then put them on the cake.
this is a 2 layer, yellow, cake with vanilla pudding "mousse", FBCT, for the annual Teacher/Staff appreciation luncheon
This was my first FBCT and was done for a fundraiser at my kids school. I used a picture of a school pin to do the transfer. This cake came back to me, in tact, because no one would cut it.

This is a 2 layer carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, one that wasn't really suited for piping (I have since learned!)
