Hi! This is my second decorated cake, first two tier cake, first try at MMF... Phew! It's not perfect, but it was a great learning curve. It is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, covered with MMF, all figures are also MMF. The tiers are 10" and 7". For the grey rock on top, I bake a little cake in a small glass bowl. Hi! This is the first decorated cake I ever made, so I would like some input (positive or negative). This is a whisky and almond cake I made for my boyfriend's birthday. He goes ice fishing a lot in winter. It is covered with homemade marzipan, the bear, trees and fish are also in marzipan. I tried to make my own since I found store bought marzipan too expensive, I was happy mine turned out just as smooth. Thank you for looking!
