NFSC with Tobas glace and a royal flower on top:) I got this idead from Peggy Porschen's book.
12 and 8 inch layer cake, bottom layer was WASC with chocolate mousse filling and top was italian cream cake:) Both covered in mmf with ribbon, pearls and gumpaste callas. Thanks to my sis (Kris1984) for the help:)

This is a really good cake. Chocolate cake with a chocolate filling covered in ganache. This cake has to be kept frozen though:)

I got this idea from this website and loved it! The teddy bears, clothes and basket are MMF, 1/2 choc, 1/2 yellow cake torted and filled with buttercream.
Sisters Wedding Cake
This was my first fondant wedding cake. I had never used it before and my sister wanted it so I winged it. My mom helped me try to smooth the sides out but now I know I should have iced it better underneath!! Live and learn!
1/2 chocolate, 1/2 vanilla cake with pudding fillings and iced in buttercream. I got the idea from one of the Wilton yearbooks and loved it.
My sister and I made this cake for her nephew. It was our first time using dowels but it was fun:)
