Gumpaste Class Final Cake

this is my final cake for the fondont and gumpaste class. It is a french vanilla cake with chocolate mmg. the flowers are lilies. My teacher said we can make any cake we wanted and any flowers to add to it, so I let DH decide what he wanted.

this is for DH niece's sweet sixteen birthday. They are have a laua for her birthday. It is a yellow cake with buttercream icing and white chocolate shells. I got the call yesterday that they needed a cake a the last minute because they forgot to order one.

I made this for a neighbor for his birthday. He loves to build things so I made chocolate tools to add to it. He also loves working out in his yard so I put grass on it and added a lawnmower. He likes the gators so I added a gator also. Its a yellow cake with BC icing

Course Iii Final Cake

This is the final cake for Course 3. Bottom layer is a vanilla cake with MMF and MMF roses. Top layer is strawberry with strawberry filling. It is also MMF but the roses are white chocolate
