Castle Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. Bottom layer is 2-14" squares (yellow cake w/BC), top layer is 2-10" squares (chocolate cake w/chocolate BC). Turrets are Rice Krispie treats w/ chocolate frosting. All covered with MMF. Drawbridge is fondant. Water is blue BC. Princess and frog are candy clay.

Orange Dreamsicle Cake
This was a practice cake - my firt time trying basket weave, rope border, and cornelli lace (which doesn't look very delicate as I had hoped). It is an orange dreamsicle cake and the frosting has whipped cream in it and did not lend itself to smoothing - thus the lumpy appearance of the cake. I also had trouble with the frosting getting too warm and soft while I was working with it. But I learned from it :)

Cow Cake
I got this idea from Godiva (although hers is a million times better!). This was my first attempt at MMF. I used faux fondant to cover the cake, then cut out black splotches from MMF. The cow is MMF. I had a lot of trouble with the black color bleeding. I also had problems with the MMF sagging and then when it dried it cracked.
