Army Tank Birthday Cake
This cake is made from an 11 x 15 cake, cut in half and stacked, with 2 layers of a 6" square for the top. It's triple chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. The wheels are oreo cookies, and the tread is black licorice. The hatch at the top is half of an oreo, without the filling. One of these pics will show the cake with the soldier on top. The gun barrel is a pirouette cookie.

I don't make wedding cakes . . . but I made this one for my friend Carey. The bottom tier is 3 layers of chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. The middle tier is vanilla with lemon filling and buttercream frosting. The top tier is vanilla with vanilla creme filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. The ribbon/bow and border are marshmallow fondant.***DISCLAIMER:I HAD NO IDEA HYDRANGEAS WERE POISONOUS WHEN I MADE THIS CAKE. I EVEN ASKED THE BRIDE, WHO IS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! Buttercream frosting with lots of fondant accents. The tiara is marshmallow fondant, I drew my own template on paper, covered it with wax paper and layed the rolled fondant over it. It was taped to a round container on it's side to dry.

Fondant Skateboarder
I made this cake topper for a friend of mine who was having trouble making figures for her sons cake . . . Started with a wire base, wired to a toy skateboard (drilled 2 holes which are under his feet) by twisting the wires around the wheel assembly. Then covered with marshmallow fondant. He was a big hit!

Jungle Birthday Cake With A Tiger On Top
My son didn't care what his cake looked like, he just knew it had to have a tiger on top. I was going to cheat and use plastic, but he looked so sad at that idea I spent the time to make him a tiger, a snake and a monkey, ha ha. Cake is chocolate with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. The critters are all marshmallow fondant.

This is an 11x15 2 layer french vanilla cake with vanilla creme filling and chocolate buttercream frosting. The "bottle" is made of rice krispy treat covered with buttercream and then marshmallow fondant. The grapes and happy anniversary tag are also mmf. The "packing shreds" are grated candy bark. This cake had to travel 5 hours to a winery so I hope it made it and they all enjoyed!

Group Graduation Cake
Made this cake for the high school graduates who go to our church . . . they had a big group party. The cake itself is 3 layers, half vanilla with vanilla creme filling and half chocolate fudge with chocolate mousse filling. It was really 2 11"x15" cakes set side by side to make 1 BIG cake (15"x22"). The figures, books and grad cap are all rice krispy treat covered with marshmallow fondant. The only thing you can't eat is the square on top of the big grad cap, as it is cardboard covered in fondant. The kids loved their cake and lots of people asked me where I "bought" the graduation figures, lol. My own husband thought they were plastic! Took a long time, but was worth it to see them so happy over it.
