A marshmallow based cheesecake with Lucky Charms cereal, the crunchy bits were combined with butter to make the base, the marshmallows were separated for the topping.
A fruitcake made with maple syrup in place of golden syrup/ molasses. The fruit was soaked in spiced rum giving it a lovely exotic flavour.
