My 40Th Birthday Cake
I did it! I used Dutch Coco and semi-sweet chocolate dyed it black and waited a day. Added more black dye and a tad orange to counter act the greenish tint from Wilton. I made the red a day ahead as well. The cake is a from scratch chocolate, three six inch layers. Made fondant roses for the first time too!
