This retirement cake for a nurse, was designed based on the uniform. I used scroll impression silicone mould and placed 4 scrolls together to form the front of the belt, this was floral paste. The buckle was 2 small strips of flower paste using a cocktail stick to form the design. Dusted in silver dust. Attached with royal icing. I was so pleased with this elegant design.
3 d bear carved from cake and rice crispy. Covered in fondant adding gum tragacanth.
