Made my turkey cake again this year. It was brown butter cake and frosting flavor. The wings were made out of gum paste and the legs were basically giant cake pops from the scraps. The coloring was airbrushed on frosting. The cranberries are fondant and modeling chocolate.
Mix between fondant and modeling chocolate to sculpt her. I used edible glow dust for her eyes for that black light affect.

I made this for a potluck at work that happened to fall on Valentine's day. I didn't want to bring in an average heart cake in. I happen to be on the cardiac team in the operating room which helped me get the details down. Heart was modeling chocolate and fondant. The cake was red velvet.
