Cake For 40... Albany By Area

AI've been trying to get better at pricing my cakes. For something like this for 40 ppl should I just do a 12"? Will that be enough? How much would U charge for a filling? How much extra for a matching smash cake for the Bday boy? My guess would be $2 a slice and $15 for the smash cake?? $2 per slice is far too low. I suggest you search the numerous threads on this site for help with learning to price cakes. Then look at what area bakeries charge. How much does a cake like this cost at the bakery where you work?

AOur 6" case cakes are $24 but just choc van n marble no special fillings ... I did cupcakes n only worked there a month n a half Bc my hours kept getting cut so not too familiar w cake prices
