Made this for a Limoncello Event at the Italian Deli/Specialty store where I work. Submitted samples to owners and they absolutely loved it. One of the owners wants us to make it as a regular item. She wants to put it in Jelly Jars and sell it as a spread. Also make it with lime juice and lime zest.
