Critique Subgroup Member: I think the blue roses were a great choice to go with this cake, they blend in more this way! I have received blue roses in the past so don't worry about the colour! I don't know if it is the angle but the paper on the board doesn't appear smooth in all spots. I think you have pulled off another lovely cake! :D

critique subgroup member: What a nice shade of blue. The roses are nice. I am not too crazy about the writing for the name...it looks somehow "off" to me, but that's my problem. The words "blessed baptism" look very nice. I like the board. Overall this is a great cake. Well done.

Critique Subgroup Member. I also like the 3D effect of this cake. The blues look good together. I'd just work on getting the board smoother. Great job.

critique member: I really love the 3d effect of the cross..very neat effect! I can only see a little mishap with your lettering for the name and your board is a little loose for the paper. I like how you drapped your fondant as well. Very nice cake!

Critique subgroup member: I really love the variety of blues in this one- your bordering looks awesome and the roses are wonderful. I can see small creases in the board, but that's so minor :)

Critique Subgroup Member: You did a great job with this cake. This pan is a bear to ice with all those beveled edges! I like the blue roses and your swag is beautiful. The name is kind of hard to read - maybe it's all the i's and l's in william... not sure how else you would fit it on this cake though.

Critique subgroup member: Not my rules but other artists rules nothing is true blue in nature and just read it in Confectionery Design by Bradshaw, L. J. But rules were made to be broken. Okay my two cents for what it is worth. This cake in total is too blue. Maybe a white board to show off the cake. Remember the board should not compete but compliment the design. Your shells are very well done as is your sparkly fondant drape. Your writing placement needs a bit a work.

Critique group member: Very cute! I like the blue roses! The one thing that bugs me is the swagh it just looks out of place, what is it supposed to represent? Also the cake board covering is a little wrinkly in spots.
