Bridal Shower Cake
This is a four tier bridal shower cake that I made for my sister in law. The top tier is a Flourless Chocolate Cake (delicious and decadent) with Chocolate Mousse. Second tier is a Coconut Sour Cream Cake with Macadamia Nut Filling (to die for!!). The third tier is an Amaretto Dream Cake with Amaretto Butter Cream Filling (yummy) and the fourth tier is Hershey Chocolate Cake with Mocha Cream Filling. I used the Viva Method Buttercream but used Melvira's roller method (AWESOME, I LOVE YOU MELVIRA).

I didn't use any tip for the roses. They are gumpaste. Very easy to make too. I have a video clip on how to make them. If you would like the link, just PM me. thanks.
