I made this for my son for his 6th birthday. He wanted a pool cake since he got a pool party. MAde the base a number 6 for his age followed with a two layer 6in cake in the center of the 6 for the pool. I dug out the middle of top layer of the 6in and made jello jiggler in the same size. rim around top of pool is starburst and around sides of pool is kitkat bars.
