My first wedding cake. The reception center did the cupcakes and supplied the stand. I will NEVER split up a cake again and have someone else do part of it. That was a nightmare, and they were crazy!! They couldn't even figure out how to put the cupcake stand together and wouldn't let me help. Crazy, crazy. Top cake: carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, Bottom: red velvet with chocolate ganache.
