Hello Y'all,

Please someone tell me or direct me to a cheese cake that will stand up as a wedding cake. I have no idea where to begin.

Then to top off that I have to figure out how to decorate this cake. The bride is using toy ATV's for a cake topper! Any suggestions for decorating this cake would be very appreciated, too.

Y'all have a great day and thanks for the help!!!!

My daughter had cheesecakes as the grooms cake at her wedding. Do you think she would be open to that? We had 3 each on their own stand and they were a HUGE hit

I have seen one wedding cake made out of cheese cake in an old Wilton book. They had them all on cascading stands and they were decorated with chocolate accents and it looked like chocolate roses. If you would like I could hunt down the picture and send it to you. Just let me know.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The grooms cake is chocolate, with strawberry filling and chocolate butercream or ganache sp. Their daughters mini cake is chocolate with strawberry filling and decorated traditionally. The WEDDING cake is still a mystery because the bride doesn't like cake. The groom suggested the cheese cake, but the bride wants the ATV's on top.

How would the WASC taste using the cheese cake flavored mix? I wonder would it hold up/taste good using half sour cream and half cream cheese?

Any ideas?

I am listening.[/i]
